How long does my order take to ship?

Orders typically ship within 3 business days. There may be delays depending on order volume.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • International Orders: May take longer depending on customs processing.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Indemnification and Waiver

Per our Terms and Conditions, all shipping is charged to customers and will be included on the order invoice or by separate invoice if shipping charges are not ascertainable in advance. In all cases, Furnament's responsibility for the risk of loss ceases upon delivery to the shipper, and thereafter, you will bear the risk of loss.

You must make all claims arising from shipping directly to the shipper. In no event will Furnaments have liability to the Customer with respect to Furnament's handling of the claim nor is Furnaments responsible for the shipper’s claim adjudication.

What is your return policy? 

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returns accepted within: 7 days of receiving your order

  • Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method

  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
